Hello! I did the mod on my european X200s. Changed the crappy AUO screen ot the HV121WX4-110. Easy mod. The new panel is far superior of course. Measured with my i1Pro spectrophotometer, and the maximum brightness is 220cd/m2, and contrast is 730:1. AUO was 185cd/m2, and 230:1. But the AUO panel had...

Made a video of my X40 with a 32G Kingspec drive. Nothing spectacular, the Kingspec is not a fast SSD today, but still mutch(!!!) better than the original 4200 RPM HDD.

I've been using the X40 (768MB/Win XP pro) with a 32Gb Kingspec (MLC) drive since 2 weeks. Setting up the drive right was not so easy.
