RealBlackStuff, Thank you for your advice. If you look closely, Pin 11 is connected to IDE Pin 40, and power and ground already wired as you suggested. I thought that the Pin 11 wire might be causing an issue, so I removed it. This had no affect. I also noted that there is a 20 ohm resistance in the...
