[WTB] LED upgrade for X61s

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but it's the closest I could find. So without further ado...

I'd like to get someone to do the LED upgrade on my beloved X61s. I have too many projects piling up, and all the space on my workbench is taken up with the components of an NFC-powered coffeemaker... so in the interest of not driving my SO insane with disassembled electronics over every inch of the house, I'd like to contract someone who can upgrade my X61s to use LED backlighting.

I'm not sure what a fair price for this is, but let's say $50/hr? If that's way off base, let me know and I'll adjust accordingly. I have literally no frame of reference for this, so... yeah.

I'll also pay for an AFFS upgrade if you can do that too. Pricing for that will be at whatever the cost for the panel is.
