What Happened to the visa discount site. theres no notebooks listed anymore. Am i to assume that the visa discount is no longer available?

There's no telling. There may not be any discounts, or it could just be part of the maintenance IBM is doing shifting things around for the Lenovo sale. Check back tomorrow.

The Visa discount site http://www.ibm.com/businesscenter/visa seems to still work. It has a link on the left to Lenovo's ThinkPad page with Visa discounted prices.
IBM T42 2373M3U - that's broken and needs to be replaced
