T42 no audio on Windows ME

I tried with this drivers:
-4.11.01.0627a card detected, no conflicts, no sound
-5.12.01.5160 card detected, no conflicts, no sound
-5.12.01.5410 card detected, error in device manager about missing files

any help?

Do the speakers work under W2K, XP or W7?

Yes, of course, with WIN98 and Windows 2000, the audio works perfectly.
