Frustrated, Fedex being less than useless ...

Suggestions: Ordered a set of aftermarket Headlights for the child's Jeep Ordered it through the Dealership. Was supposed to be delivered on Black Friday. When I checked the following Monday it showed a delivery exception, still shows that today. Called Fedex, they said they were too busy to deliver it, until I pointed out that the Black Friday Sales Items, WOULD NOT be in Fedex's hand on Black Friday. Then they said there was a problem with the shipper, and that it was held up because of the shipper, package still shows up in Durham NC, around the corner from me. Contacted the shipper and they were useless. Got in this morning and it shows it was delivered on Black Friday! I have been trying to get this package for 9 days now, and Fedex will not find it, The shipper does not care, and we are out the money! Do you have any suggestions?

Sorry for the issue .We ranted one warehouse in US .They will not help contact with the local fedex office .Could you pls try to contact local fedex office again and tell them the detail address? Thanks a lot

Here is everything from the Chat Log with Fedex: 770237104809 2 questions: #1 FEDEX CAN NOT be busy on Black Friday, delivering when the seller still has the package, because it has JUST BEEN PURCHASED! #2 I have been told twice now that I cant have my package, because its still on hold from Black Friday. That is NOT at all what I have been told over the last two days! Repeadedly told ship volumne was the cause, which also DOES NOT make sense when you figure the purchase delay on Black Friday and Fedex recieving the shipment. Geez.

Just so we are clear. Fedex told me Black Friday could not be delivered, when I pointed out that Fedex would not have ANY packages from Black Friday sales until the following day, they changed the reason the a Shipper concern. Then when I pushed back again, they told me they lost the package. This was a week later. NOW it shows the package was delivered Black friday? I do not understand.

You are missing the point. FedEx SAID if was lost and not deliverable for the last 7 week days. NOW it all of a sudden shows delivered. We do not have the product and have never had the product. Even checked the video tape. They never pulled on the lot.

Aggravating.

Go to cops. They can find the package if they want to.

If the amount involved is less than the amount to file in small claims, move on with your life.

If you paid by card, talk to your bank.
