Locked out of ebay now

I don't know what's going on with the internet and the new AI insertion of all these websites but now I am unable to buy or message and I guess sell on ebay. I can access and login and change my password but but still get the red banner if I click to buy something or message someone.

In an effort to protect your account, we have put a temporary lock on bidding, selling and the ability to send messages to other eBay members until we can safely restore your account to you. How long till the lock expires?

There's actually a pretty good community/forum on eBay where you can ask these questions and are more likely to get the information you need.

Sounds like your account might have been hacked. Change your password and contact eBay support. These protection measures are there for a reason.
