win7 to win 10 upgrage

Will be the upgrage from win7 to win10 free (as microsoft said) on thinkpads?

I think it includes all (legal) Win 7/8 installs.
My T430 with GTX 560 Ti (Now with GTX 670)
T430: i5-3320m, 8 GB, SSD + HDD, 1600x900.

Illegal installs also get free (illegal) upgrades. :mrgreen:
